What is the most challenging part of Covid-19/this time in history? 

 

What’s been most challenging for me is not knowing what I can do to help others, and feeling so overwhelmed knowing that the virus and devastating effects that accompany it are going to persist until we all work together.

What has given you strength/ are there any unexpected positives from this time?

An unexpected positive from COVID in my life is that: when friends and family members of mine starting sharing resources for people that want to support and learn about Black Lives Matter, I actually had the time and the bandwidth to genuinely engage with and learn from those materials.  I’ve been able to critically analyze my own beliefs and grow as a person.
