What has been the most challenging part of Covid-19?

Having to avoid going to small local stores. I am well aware that my hair, my skin, attire, and my mask can intimidate others. Sometimes I will run an errand while wearing sweatpants and a hoodie. I make sure I don't wear colorful masks in order to look less frightening. So rather than being followed around by store owners I just stick to bigger franchise businesses.

What has given you strength/ are there any unexpected positives from this time?

It has given me time to reflect on my progress and plan for my future. Prior to the pandemic I was always on the go.

Who do you wear a mask for?

For my mom. She has a compromised immune system. I couldn't live with myself knowing that my selfishness had gotten someone I loved sick.
